That’s why we offer a premium White Glove Delivery Service designed to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our delivery team is friendly, professional and reliable, taking care of everything from arrival to setup.

Two Ways to Receive Your Furniture

We offer two delivery options: roadside pallet delivery and our White Glove Service. While both are dependable, the White Glove option offers a more complete experience.

With White Glove Delivery, we handle it all: bringing your furniture inside, assembling it in your chosen room, and removing all packaging responsibly. It’s ideal for anyone looking for a convenient, done-for-you delivery service that saves time and effort from the moment your furniture arrives.

Our Sustainability Commitment

At Shackletons Gallery, we’re proud to support eco-friendly practices. Choosing us means supporting responsible packaging and recycling efforts that make a real difference. In 2022, in partnership with Senator Group Recycling, we recycled an impressive 6,490kg of packaging materials. Our recycling efforts saved an estimated 6,444kg of CO₂ emissions, making this one of the many ways we’re working to reduce our environmental impact, one delivery at a time.

What to Know Before Choosing White Glove Delivery

While we aim to schedule deliveries within 10 working days, White Glove deliveries are dependent on courier routes and availability. In rare cases, we may need a little extra time, but if so, we’ll always keep you informed.

This service is not available in all areas. Postcodes excluded from the White Glove option include: AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, PH, and PO30–PO41. You may still see the option at checkout, but please do not select it if your postcode is within one of these areas. If in doubt, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to advise.

Our delivery teams are also not able to remove or reposition any existing furniture. They are only insured to deliver and assemble your new items purchased through Shackletons Gallery. If you need to remove old furniture, we recommend contacting local charities, many of which offer free collection and support valuable causes. Organisations such as the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK are great places to start.

On the Day of Delivery

You’ll receive a 3–4 hour time slot, and our couriers will call around 30 minutes before they arrive. Please ensure there is clear access and space for your furniture to be assembled. This helps the team complete the setup safely and efficiently.
